Business Plan Details
1 – Partner Shop Identification
If any shop, related to automobiles, which has 1,000 vehicles visiting every month for oil change and other services are eligible for this venture. The calculations are made as under; On average tyres are changes after 40,000 kilometres and approximately Mobil Oil is changed after 4,000 kilometres, this means that after 10th time the vehicle tyre change is due. So approximately, 100 vehicles tyres (i.e. 400 tyres) will be changed in a month.
2 – Supply Chain Management
Tyre Point makes sure that inventory turnover at partner shops will be very fast. Almost daily supply of required sizes will be made at partner shops. So their investment is low and turnover and profits are high as compare to investment.
3 – Terms & Conditions for Partner Shop
- Partner Shops are bound to purchase all Tyres, Alloy wheels and tyre related items only from Tyre Point.
- Partner Shops never overcharge customers. Partner Shops have to follow prices given by Tyre Point.
- Partner Shops make sure efficient services must be given to customers from choosing most appropriate tyres to properly fitment.
- All sales and marketing campaign at partner shops and their target areas will be devised mutually by both parties understanding, with fifty percent investment of each.
4 – Stock Return Policy
- If any stock partner wants to return, it will be return within three months of delivery date without any deduction.
- After three months stock will be returned with 10% deduction at the cost price.
5 – Tyre Warranty and Claim Issues
All tyres which are supplied by Tyre Point have manufacturing fault warranty. Warranty will be given on the basis of two parameters:-
- Mileage
- Time Duration
These above mentioned aspects have different standards for different brands.
6 – Restriction’s to Tyre Point
Tyre Point will not open its own or any other partner shop near existing partner shop and in that target areas. However, ‘Contract Agreement’ stipulating all the necessary terms and conditions will be signed with ‘Partner Shop’.
7 – Partner Shop Operational Capacity
Operational capacity of Partner Shop is given in table below;

8 – TARGET CUSTOMERS / CLIENTS
Initially the project will be setup in Lahore at different “Partner Shops”. The targeted customers basically are those who are already customers of those Partner Shops and are keen in maintenance of their vehicles. Instead of buying tyres and alloy wheels from market through unreliable sources, Tyre Point will provide them 100% percent genuine and non-smuggled tyres and other related products.
